LAHF’s second affordable housing development is Gethsemane Gardens, a three-storey, 25-unit apartment building geared towards low-income seniors. Gethsemane Gardens was completed and fully occupied in September 2013. The building features four fully accessible units for residents with disabilities. Rents for all units are set at below the market average. All units feature energy-efficient windows and other features that not only reduce their environmental impact, but also reduce operating costs and ensure the building’s long-term affordability.
