Construction will begin next week on a new, affordable housing building in East London, meant to reduce homelessness in the city. Nightingale Place will includes 41 apartments at a cost of $8 million.
Building the complex on a busy Dundas Street will give it a neighbourhood feel, said Peter Fragiskatos, MP for London North Centre.
The new building is close to the former Kellog factory, now known as The Factory.
